Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@deepsleepkit.eu.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers residing in the European Union may still exercise their statutory Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase within the 14-day withdrawal period:

✅ You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

✅ DeepSleepKit will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning The Goods

Returned products must be:

  • Returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • In their original condition.
  • Returned in their original packaging.
  • Free from damage caused after delivery.

Extended 30-Day Returns

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, DeepSleepKit offers an extended return period of up to 30 days from delivery.

For return requests made between Day 15 and Day 30:

  • Returns may still be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A fixed return shipping fee of €6.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
