We hope you love your DeepSleepKit purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with all original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
RETURN SHIPPING
Returns requested within 14 days of delivery qualify for free return shipping.
Returns requested between day 15 and day 30 are accepted, however a €6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
SLEEP RITUAL DUO RETURNS
The Sleep Ritual Duo is sold as a bundled set consisting of one Champagne Silk Sleep Mask and one Navy Blue Silk Sleep Mask. To receive a refund under our 30-night return policy, both masks must be returned together in their original condition and original packaging. Partial returns of the Sleep Ritual Duo are not eligible for a refund.
EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@deepsleepkit.eu before the withdrawal period expires.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or opened beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@deepsleepkit.eu within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
